If a client insists on solutions that do not meet our quality standards, basic recommended specifications, or if you believe the client’s project does not fit within our core mission, values, and foundational principles, it is your right to decline. 

It very well may be the clarion call we needed to hear. We want to solve problems, not create new ones. Initiate our internal review and decision-making process to ensure that decisions are made objectively and consistently.
